Understanding the importance of customer service in shaping purchasing habits, customer loyalty, attracting new customers, enhancing competitive advantage, and increasing profitability, TH Food Chain – TH True Mart has organized training on the “Elevating Customer Service Skills”, with the participation of future managers and store leaders of the chain.

 1. The “Elevating Customer Service Skills” Course with TH True Mart Team

The company is committed to continuous innovation and creativity to provide customers with the best service quality.

HRDC and Mr. Josh Diệp Minh Nghị were honored to accompany the managers of TH True Mart store chain in the “Elevating Customer Service Skills” training program in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in September 2020.

As a member of the U.S. International Trade Training Association and with over 15 years of experience in training, Mr. Minh Nghị brought a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm. His insights provided practical and valuable knowledge that the participants could effectively apply in their store operations and daily lives.

2. The “Coaching Skills for Team Development and Motivation” Course with TH True Mart Team 

In addition, with the goal of building a widespread network of stores with a dedicated, high-quality workforce committed to customer service, TH Food Chain Company has implemented the “Coaching Skills” course. Participants in the course are individuals who are either currently in management roles or are about to become store managers at TH True Mart. They have been enthusiastic, proactive, and actively engaged in the course, exchanging ideas and learning from one another.

Coaching Skills, also known as “Coaching,” is an essential skill for developing potential, motivation, and fostering strong, cohesive relationships within a team. The course goes beyond theoretical knowledge and formulas; participants were given the opportunity to directly apply the methods they learned into practical coaching and mentoring situations with employees.

Knowledge is only valuable when it is applied, practiced, and developed in real-world work and life situations. HRDC hopes that the participants will always maintain a curious mindset, seeking to learn and grow. At the same time, they should proactively apply the knowledge they’ve gained, continuously innovate, and explore new insights to enhance customer service and elevate themselves.
