Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra) is the "Primordial Buddha," our true nature, the state of the Ground, symbolizing Dharmakaya. According to Sogyal Rinpoche, he represents the "absolute, naked, sky like primordial purity of the nature of our mind." He is shown seated in yab yum (union) with his consort Kuntuzangmo (Samantabhadri). They are the primary symbol of Dzogchen, the Great Perfection itself.
